David began his career as an agent in the Long Island office in November of 2004. During his time there, he qualified for 3 consecutive Executive Councils*. David was promoted to the Partner position early in 2009. After 20 months as a partner, David qualified for a Senior Partner promotion while finishing #11 in the country and qualifying for Gathering of the Eagles.
In April 2013, David was promoted to Managing Partner of the Detroit General Office. In mid-2015, David came back home as the Managing partner of the Brooklyn General Office. During his tenure, the Brooklyn office has won multiple SVP New Org Retention trophies and the prestigious President's trophy.
David currently resides in Brooklyn, NY with his wife Lisa and their 5 children.
Yitzchok began his career as an agent with Guardian in 2000 and joined New York Life in 2005. He has been a leadingexecutive partner since 2018 and has helped and guided 150+ agents to build successful careers with New York life.
With 20+ years of experience working with hundreds of agents, Yitzchok recruits, trains, and supports his agents in building successful careers in New York Life by creating a sense of community & belonging and guiding them every step of the way. The Brooklyn office rated #6 out of 118 U.S. offices in 2022, with many agents qualifying for the MDRT Club.
Yitzchok is married and resides with his wife and children in Rockland County, NY.
David joined New York Life in April of 2010 after a successful career in the Real Estate Title Industry.
Realizing that his position was limiting his aspirations, David decided to transition to a career in financial services. After joining New York Life, David achieved numerous awards including 5 Executive Council memberships (a prestigious company award). In 2015, he became a Financial Registered Representative while obtaining his FINRA Series 7 securities registration. His strong leadership qualities were already apparent as an agent, and he was promoted to Associate Partner, and then to Partner in 2018. As a successful Partner, David is recognized as the leading Partner in the General Office in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023. He has also been nationally recognized as a top Partner in 2019 and 2022.
As a Partner, David's focus is to build a strong team with members committed to personal and financial growth. He provides training and continuous coaching to the Agents on his team, helping them reach their short- and long-term goals. As a strong believer in education, David has earned his LUTCF®, FSCP® through the American College and the College of Financial Planning.
David is married and resides with his wife and children in Rockland County, NY. He enjoys spending time with his family and serves as Trustee to his congregation. In his spare time, he volunteers to head different community projects.

Rob joined New York Life in 2012, as an agent with the Eastern Washington General Office before transitioning to Development Manager in 2016. In his Agent tenure, he received several awards from Life Stars to a National Eagle Award for New Org Life Cases in 2014. He qualified for Executive Council and was Rookie of the Year for the Eastern Washington General Office. He has earned his Charted Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 2017, his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 2019, and his Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP) designation in 2022. Rob served on the Development Manager Advisory Council from 2020-2022 and served as President in 2021.
As President of the DMAC, he also had the opportunity to found the Advisory Leadership Forum that consisted of the leadership teams from all advisory councils. As a Development Manager, Rob has been award Best Combined Class Retention in 2019 and 2020 for Group 2 offices in the Pacific Zone. National Awards include the 2021 EVP Trophy Life Award of Excellence Group 2, the 2021 EVP Trophy New Organization Sales Group 2 offices, the 2021 EVP Trophy Agent Growth Group 2, and the 2021 Long-Term Care Trophy Group 2.
Rob has been married to his wife, Julie, since 2009 and they have two children, Gabriel and Genevieve. In his free-time, Rob enjoys travelling to new places, reading, baking, as well as working the theatre either on-stage or off as a director, producer, or actor.
Schemia (Mia) Rowan began her career as a Financial Professional at New York Life in 2016. Prior to joining New York Life, she spent 11 years working in the corporate benefits outsourcing industry at Aon Hewitt and Xerox Business Services. Mia earned Executive Council as well as Quality Council. She won Centurion, Class Leader, and Life Success. She was promoted to Partner in 2019 and now is a Sales Development Manager in the Brooklyn GO. In this role she has received awards for her development of agents in 2021, 2022, and 2023. She is an active member in the community, serving as a member of the Crown Heights Running Club, Women Advancing in Micro Finance, Urban League NAIFA and NAACP. Her vested interest in seeing the community thrive and succeed is shown in her involvement with these organizations since 2010. Her genuine interest in people, and her desire is to see others rise to their highest potential. This is what motivates her. Constantine "Gus" Arniotes has been in financial services for 25 years. He began his career as a Life Insurance Agent with Prudential and was promoted to a Developmental Sales Manager. Moving on from Prudential, he pursued a career in banking. He held the role of Branch Manager, and it was during this time that he had OSJ responsibility for multiple branches in addition to his day-to-day responsibilities. During his tenure with Prudential and Citibank, Gus acquired his licenses and registrations. In 2014, he decided to leverage his experience and began pursuing credentials that would enhance his value in a compliance career. He earned a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist designation and a master's degree in Business Ethics and Compliance; he holds CLU and ChFC Designations from the American College.
Gus loves to spend time with his family. He is an Eagle Scout and has volunteered in Scouting for over 30 years and he is a volunteer soccer coach. He enjoys attending concerts, physical fitness, fishing, camping, reading and gardening.
Steve began his career with New York Life in 2015 as a Service Team member at the Westchester General Office. He was promoted to Senior Representative one year later.
During his time as Senior Representative, Steve returned to his alma mater, Iona College in New Rochelle, NY to complete his MBA in Accounting. Shortly after finishing his master's program in 2018, Steve was promoted to Office Coordinator in the Manhattan General Office. After 2 years in Manhattan, Steve accepted an offer to move west and become Service Leader in the Saint Louis GO. Almost 3 years later, Steve is excited to get back home and join the Brooklyn GO.
Steve was born and raised about an hour north of New York City and he enjoys working out, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
